1. terms and conditions

  • We do not offer free returns; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All components and parts must be included.
  • For hygiene-sensitive products, they must be properly cleaned before return.
  • Any damage caused by improper use or negligence is not covered.
  • A product found to be defective upon delivery may be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we determine that the items have been used or damaged through circumstances beyond our responsibility.

2. how to return an order

Send an email to info@veloris.nl including the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return request
  • Photo of the product (in case of damage or defect)
  • Full name
  • Complete customer address

We will contact you with the correct return address.

 

Important: Never send returns to the sender’s address; always use the address provided by us.
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.

3. right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer, you have the right of withdrawal under European law.

 

  • The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date you (or a third party designated by you, other than the courier) receive the goods.
  • To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision via email.
  • The withdrawal is considered completed when we receive the returned goods.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. cancellations & orders in transit

  • Orders are processed automatically immediately after confirmation, so it is not possible to cancel them once they are in transit.
  • Since our products are shipped from Asia, delivery times may vary.
  • If you wish to cancel an order that is already in transit, you will need to wait for delivery and then initiate the return process.
  • To expedite the return processing, we ask that you provide us with a shipping confirmation.

5. consequences of withdrawal & refund

  • Once we receive and approve your return, we will refund the amount paid (excluding shipping costs).
  • The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
  • No additional fees will ever be charged for the refund.
